Heather has been an accountant in public practice since 2001. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Diploma of Financial Planning and is a member of CPA Australia. Other than work, Heather enjoys community involvement and currently sits on the board of two organisations.

Karen has been with Red Diamond Group since 2008 but has been in public practice since 2000. With experience in medium to large corporations, as well as local government, her skills cover a wide range of industries and situations. She has a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Accounting and Local Government), Diploma of Financial Planning and is a long-standing member of CPA Australia.

Michelle joined our firm in 2020 as a Financial Adviser and has over 12 years experience in the financial services industry. She has been providing advice since 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting and Finance) and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning. She is a current member of the Association of Independently Owned Financial Professionals (AIOFP) and is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified). Michelle enjoys assisting her clients to develop strategies to grow and protect their wealth and to work towards a better financial future.

Megan has lived in Ipswich all her life, and worked at Red Diamond Group since 2013. Megan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting) and is a member of CPA. She is a vital part of our tax team, preparing an array of returns.
Prior to working here, Megan has worked at Ipswich City Council and ENERGEX. Outside of work, Megan enjoys her life with her husband and two boys.

Born in Barcaldine (central Queensland) and growing up in Mt Isa, Meggs spent 10 years in the RAAF before their second posting to Amberley became their last, and she has proudly called Ipswich home since 1995.
She started working for Maurie Cooper & Associates in 1995, and proudly boasts that many of her clients way back then remain clients to this day.

Kayleen joined the team as a Graduate Accountant in 2022. She holds a Masters of Professional Accounting from CQU, is currently studying her CPA and is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified).

Fern joined the Red Diamond team in 2022 as a bookkeeper and payroll officer. She brings over 11 years of experience to help support our clients and accountants.

Ann was born in Christchurch, NZ, and moved here with her family in 1993. She has worked at Red Diamond Group since 2007 as a bookkeeper.
